School-based Traineeship - Plumbing Moe

Conduct customer service, process sales, and manage stock at a Reece branch while completing Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations requirements. Answer the phone for messages and orders, communicate with customers and staff, build product knowledge, and provide follow-up. Maintain a neat and tidy workplace and adhere to Reece values, policies, and procedures. Year 10 students apply year-round; Year 11 students apply from January until end of term 2. Work the equivalent of one and a half days per week with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays are available.
