Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments to formulate diagnoses for students ages 5–18 across elementary, middle, and high schools in Westmoreland, Tennessee. Create and update treatment plans, provide therapy services based on clinical needs, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Respond to supervisory communication regarding urgent care situations in both virtual and face-to-face settings, while keeping administrative supervisors informed of potential program impacts. Work hours align with the school day schedule, with onboarding beginning in late July 2026. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the emotional, behavioral, and mental health of children and adolescents within a supportive educational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health (MH) Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a specialization in MH Counseling
- License-eligible in respective discipline
- Completion of at least 24 graduate-level semester hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or other behavioral health-related coursework (for applicants with a Master's in a related field)
- Relevant coursework in Clinical treatment and treatment planning
- Relevant coursework in Appraisal and assessment of mental disorders
- Relevant coursework in Psychopathology
- Relevant coursework in Use of the DSM for diagnostic purposes within a clinical internship or practicum in a behavioral health setting
- Experience in Clinical treatment and treatment planning
- Experience in Appraisal and assessment of mental disorders
- Experience in Psychopathology
- Experience in Use of the DSM for diagnostic purposes within a clinical internship or practicum in a behavioral health setting
- Clinical experience (fulfillable through clinical practicums or internships completed as part of a master's degree program)
- Valid driver's license
- Eligibility to be covered under the organization's vehicle insurance policy
