Job Summary
Join our team as a School Based Therapist, providing individual, family, and group counseling to support students’ emotional well-being. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering evidence-based counseling. Collaborate closely with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care, respond to crises, and facilitate specialty services. Requires a Master's degree in a related field and current licensure. Position includes opportunities for professional growth and various employee assistance programs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure
- Successful completion of background check
- Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- First Aid certification
- CPR certification
- Behavioral Management training
- Completion of required training hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in providing telehealth services
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Background in therapy or counseling
- Knowledge of Collaborative Service Goals (CSGs)
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to provide services onsite during school hours
