Job Summary
Provide therapy to students in a school setting, perform intake assessments to formulate diagnoses, develop and update treatment plans, complete timely clinical documentation, and respond to supervisory needs in either virtual or face-to-face settings. Demonstrates good clinical judgment, utilizes relevant computer/electronic tools, and adheres to policy while delivering behavioral health services within a school-based program. Position supports a 10-month calendar with potential summer work optional. Opportunities include a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a stable, year-round income with benefits; role emphasizes clinical assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with supervisors and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a MH Counseling specialization; License-eligible in the respective discipline preferred
- OR Master’s degree in related field with completion of at least 24 graduate-level hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral health coursework
- Clinical experience required (through practicum/internship)
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for organization’s vehicle policy
- Starting Salary Range provided: $42,300 - $46,700 (annualized)
