Job Summary
School Based Therapist based in Virginia or Hibbing, MN provides initial and comprehensive evaluations, develops integrated treatment plans for children and adolescents, and delivers evidence-based psychotherapy to children and their families. The role includes crisis intervention, clinical documentation in RMHC electronic health records, and collaboration with school staff, families, and other service providers to coordinate care. This position participates in School Linked Behavioral Health program meetings and integrated treatment planning, adheres to DHS and licensing requirements, and maintains a schedule to meet the needs of the caseload and school districts. The employer provides 100% supervisor support for clinical licensure and ongoing professional development through regular supervision and multidisciplinary meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Psychology or one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
- Must be licensed or on track to be licensed as a Behavioral Health Professional in MN and ability to be credentialed by insurance companies
- Experience delivering behavioral health services to children and/or families
