Job Summary
Provide behavioral health and substance use assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning for children, adolescents, families, and adults. Deliver individual, family, and group therapy in both school-based and outpatient settings while partnering with educators and community providers to coordinate care. Maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and track program outcomes as an active member of multidisciplinary care teams. Travel between assigned school locations and clinic sites as needed. This safety-sensitive role requires a Master's degree, current Missouri provisional clinical license, and CPR certification, with a schedule of two school days and three outpatient days Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in El Dorado Springs/Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology
- Current, active provisional clinical license in the state of Missouri (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFT)
- Working knowledge of DSM-5
- Current CPR certification
- Certification in an approved crisis intervention methodology (CPI, MANDT, or CALM)
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Agency established minimum automobile coverage
- Ability to work 2 days a week in the Rich Hill School District
- Ability to work 3 days a week in area clinics
- Availability Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:0pm
- Ability to travel between assigned school locations and outpatient sites
- Ability to provide behavioral health and/or substance use assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning
- Ability to deliver individual, family, and group therapy in both school-based and outpatient settings
- Ability to partner with school personnel, families, and community providers to coordinate care
- Ability to provide consultation, psychoeducation, and behavioral health education to schools and community partners
- Ability to maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Ability to ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and regulatory standards
- Ability to participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary care team
- Ability to track required program outcomes, productivity, and quality measures
- Ability to maintain professional licensure
- Ability to complete required trainings
- Ability to uphold ethical and clinical standards
- Ability to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both clinical and school environments
- Ability to build trust quickly and create a welcoming, supportive therapeutic environment
- Ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and cultural humility
