Job Summary
School Based Therapist provides individual and family therapy, in-school and at-home settings, conducts intake assessments, develops treatment plans from diagnostic information, utilizes evidence-based practices, provides crisis intervention as needed, and collaborates with school staff to support student success in the school environment. Licensure in LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT is preferred; clinical internship experience may be considered. Strong communication, EMR proficiency, and reliable transportation with NY license are required. The role offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and remote elements, with a 10-month school-year salary and per-diem summer pay.
