Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments by gathering data from parents, children, and relevant sources to support treatment plan development. Provide individual and family therapy within school and home environments while utilizing evidence-based practices. Deliver crisis intervention services as needed for caseloads and actively participate on the School Intervention Team to partner with staff. Manage a balanced workload with a 10-month school calendar schedule, including flexible summer per diem rates. This role supports Liberty Resources' team-based approach to integrated, community-based services across county school buildings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible and oriented to family work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills and the ability to effectively use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Must have a valid New York State driver's license and access to reliable transportation when required
Desired Qualifications
- LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC preferred, permit therapists with clinical internship experience will also be considered
