Job Summary
Provide individual behavioral health counseling to students through primarily in-person sessions with occasional telehealth visits. Complete behavioral health assessments and treatment plans while maintaining timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with medical providers, pharmacy staff, and school personnel to coordinate services and facilitate warm hand-offs. Promote positive behavioral health outcomes within the elementary, middle, and high school setting. Practice independently in an integrated outpatient environment with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Active Virginia LCSW License
- Active Virginia LPC License
- Ability to Practice Independently in a School-Based Setting
- Experience Working with Children and Adolescents
- Strong Clinical Assessment and Counseling Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational and Documentation Skills
- Ability to Collaborate Within an Integrated Care Team
