Job Summary

Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic services for individuals, children, couples, groups, and families within school settings. Deliver case management, progress notes, and telephone consultations while assessing suicide and homicide risks. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team model to plan health services and interpret social factors pertinent to program development. Independently develop and manage a caseload while adhering to professional ethics and school system protocols. Maintain EHR records and coordinate with community resources to support prevention and intervention strategies appropriate for the educational environment.

Required Qualifications

  • LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT certification
  • CPR certified
  • Must have previous experience as a Behavioral Health Clinician in a professional clinical setting
  • Maintaining an EHR
  • providing therapeutic services
  • Must speak, write and read English proficiently
  • Must be able to perform his/her duties satisfactorily
  • Advanced Clinical diagnostic assessment/documentation skills
  • Ability to assess suicide and homicide risk potential
  • Planning for improving health services by interpreting social factors pertinent to development of the program
  • The ability to work within a Multidisciplinary Team Model
  • Individual, Group and Family therapy skills
  • Strong ability to problem solve

  • Skills to assess needs and programs accordingly
  • To practice in the scope of their training, qualifications and experience
