Job Summary
Conduct individualized counseling, clinical assessments, and interventions for students and families during school operating hours. Manage assigned caseloads by participating in collaborative treatment planning, establishing goals, and providing comprehensive follow-up services. Coordinate access to community resources and serve as a liaison to ensure seamless care for students and their families. Provide emergency response support during emotional crises. Offer prevention and intervention services to reduce barriers hindering academic achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a licensure-eligible field of study such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as): Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)
- Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as): Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as): Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW)
- Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as): Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as): Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (PLMFT/LMFT)
- Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in providing family, individual, and group therapy, as well as community education
