Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children with serious emotional, learning, developmental, and autism-related needs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including school staff and psychiatrists. Deliver case management services, coordinate care, and maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and agency-wide initiatives while ensuring compliance with professional licensing, ethical, and legal standards. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client and school needs, including supporting private insurance clients as assigned. Start date is early August for the 2026-2027 school year in Culver City, Sherman Oaks, and Valley Glen.
Required Qualifications
- Registered with the appropriate licensing board (BBS) as an LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, ACSW, or Psychologist
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children and families
- Experience supporting children with behavioral and emotional needs
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
