Job Summary
School Based Therapist role in Deer Lakes School District seeking license-eligible or clinically licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to provide individual, group, and family therapy to school-based clients. Responsibilities include completing psycho-social assessments, developing and monitoring measurable treatment plan goals, performing treatment reviews, and ensuring timely clinical progress notes in compliance with outpatient regulations. The position requires collaboration with designated psychiatrists and school-based supervisors, participation in supervision activities, and regular communication with school district personnel. The role includes licensure supervision provided for free, credentialing assistance, and opportunities for supervision, professional development, and productivity incentives. Eligible employees may work part-time during summer with additional income opportunities. Qualifications require one of several criteria: a graduate clinical degree with practicum, an equivalent foreign-degree evaluated by AICE/NACES, or a professional license in a mental health discipline (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) with credentialing preferred. Required Qualifications
- Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or CHEA in a generally recognized clinical discipline with a clinical practicum; OR
- Has an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university evaluated by AICE or NACES; OR
- Is licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience. Professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and credentialing preferred. Professional license does not include LSW.
