School Based Therapist

Deliver therapeutic services to youth in a school setting—individually, in groups, and crisis interventions—while coordinating care with families, school staff, and internal teams. Complete assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and document progress notes. This role offers free clinical supervision toward full licensure (LCSW/LPC) with licensure renewal costs reimbursed and no-cost CEU training; post-licensure commitment of two years. Requires a Master's degree in a mental health field and eligibility for licensure (PLPC/LMSW; LCSW/LPC also eligible), plus a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Two scheduling options: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, with potential after-hours family therapy for the 4-day option.
