School Based Therapist

Facilitate therapy sessions for individual or group clients, conducting intake assessments and writing assessment summaries as assigned. Assist the care team in developing and modifying treatment plans based on client progress, while maintaining appropriate documentation and implementing personal growth plans. Provide ongoing clinical supervision of practicum and internship students, and assist clients in linking to internal and external resources. Monitor urinalysis, breathalyzer, and other testing as assigned, and help coordinate discharge plans with follow-up services.
