Job Summary
Deliver therapeutic services to youth in a school setting, including individual, group, and crisis intervention. Coordinate care with families, school staff, and internal teams while completing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Provide family therapy at the office outside typical school hours if selecting the four-day schedule to support an integrated treatment model. This role decreases barriers for children to receive treatment by preventing school expulsions due to mental health symptoms hindering educational success. Free clinical supervision toward full licensure is offered for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Field (MSW, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Etc.)
- Provisional Therapy License required (PLPC/LMSW)
- LCSW or LPC also eligible
- candidate must be eligible for licensure if not already obtained, this would include successful passing of relevant licensure testing such as NCE or LMSW Exam
- Previous experience providing crisis intervention, case management, and/or therapy
- valid driver's license
- proof of continuous auto insurance
- acceptable driving record as outlined by agency policy
