School Based Support Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise School-Based Support Specialists in a school-based setting; provide direct clinical services including assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building to support client growth and treatment goals; collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to develop and implement effective treatment plans and ensure continuity of care; monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance; participate in staffing, case reviews, and quality assurance; respond to crisis situations during business hours and on-call rotations; support hiring, staff development, and onboarding; conduct outreach, home visits, and community education to promote mental health; assist with program management tasks including data collection and adherence to standards; ensure compliance with organizational and clinical documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or a related field strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license in state of residency with acceptable driving record
- Proof of current auto insurance required
- Reliable transportation required for travel and potential client transport
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Must obtain ongoing training to meet professional development and DMH standards
