Job Summary
Support and maintain classroom policies while tutoring individual students to reinforce instruction as directed by the teacher. Distribute and collect paper and supplies, assist students with examples, emotional support, and general guidance, and confer with teachers regarding programs and materials to meet student needs. Participate in meetings and in-service training programs as assigned. This full-time Instructional Facilitator role requires a valid Para Pro certification or eligibility to receive one during onboarding, alongside an AA or above degree from an accredited university. Pediatric Developmental Services connects highly qualified therapists with public school districts and communities to provide essential care.
