Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based interventions to improve articulation, fluency, and language skills. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to implement strategies for student participation. Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and offer guidance to families on enhancing communication. Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and billing documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and professional development while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • ASHA Certification
  • Completed ASHA supervision CEUS and registry SLP MD Licensure
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • MD State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) unless a CF
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in private practice or outpatient settings preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance billing and documentation practices is a plus
  • Dedication to providing culturally competent and client-centered care
