School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist ( SLP )

Implement specialized therapy treatment in accordance with the student's IEP. Screen, evaluate, and write reports on student levels, needs, strengths, and progress using approved testing and assessment tools. Analyze and interpret formal and informal assessment data to guide effective instruction to improve student speech/language skills. Collaborate with school personnel and parents to design and implement the student’s intervention plan and serve as a member of the school’s multidisciplinary team, IEP program team, providing consultation and coordination with staff and families. Maintain required documentation and perform other appropriate duties. Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active PA license, PA DOE Teaching Certification, computer proficiency, and current clearances.
