Job Summary
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in preschool through 12th grade across three school locations in Chicago's Beverly neighborhood. Develop and monitor individualized therapy goals while collaborating with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success. Complete timely and accurate documentation of services and manage a small caseload independently. Participate in make-up sessions as needed when scheduling allows. This part-time role offers approximately 8-12 hours per week with flexible scheduling across 2–3 weekdays between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM. In-person orientation is required in late August 2026 in Chicago's North Mayfair neighborhood.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between three school locations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as the primary SLP supporting assigned schools
