Job Summary
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (CF/SLP-CCC) with PDS, you will deliver high-quality, individualized services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans in a school setting. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, writing reports, and monitoring progress in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics; collaborating with school staff and families to support student goals; participating in IEP meetings; and contributing to a positive school culture. You will work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment with IEP teams and district resources, with mentorship and ongoing CEU opportunities, and access to licensure and ASHA reimbursement. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP), and an active state SLP license. The role offers a full-time schedule aligned with school hours, with options for 12-month compensation, and a supportive team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and school-based professionals.
