Job Summary
School-based clinician delivering individual, group, and family mental health services in collaboration with youth, families, and school teams. Coordinates and monitors clinical services for youth and families in the community, including mental health, educational supports, medication management, and psychological services; maintains and updates youth-based plans; builds strong relationships with youth, school staff, parents, and families; provides crisis response and behavioral stabilization as required; supports services during school breaks and summers through community-based meetings. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, an Ohio LSW license, and at least 2 years of direct service experience with youth and families; must be available for flexible, non-traditional hours including 2–3 evenings per week. Based in Columbus, OH with opportunities across central Ohio schools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution
- A valid professional license (LSW) in Ohio
- 2 years' of work experience working in direct service with youth and families
- Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours (at least 2-3 evening appointments/week)
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, fax machines, and software including word processing, spreadsheets and databases
