Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care for an elementary student throughout the school day and during morning and afternoon bus transportation. Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in the student's health status while administering medications and interventions per physician orders and the care plan. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote the student's health, safety, and academic success. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student independence. This full-time Monday through Friday role offers predictable evenings, weekends, holidays, and summers off with no on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience within the last five years
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric, school nursing, or home care experience
