School-Based Registered Nurse – Elementary | IL

Assess and respond to student health concerns, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and maintain accurate health records in accordance with district and state guidelines. Monitor students with chronic health conditions, support attendance and wellness initiatives, conduct health screenings as assigned, and collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to address student health needs. Manage medical needs for approximately 150 students with IEPs and 504 plans while ensuring compliance with health regulations. This full-time, on-site role includes a paid lunch and runs through the end of the school year.
