Job Summary
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures for children and young adults with autism in 1:1 home and community settings. Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and families while respecting their values and beliefs. Collect behavior data, document interventions accurately, and review progress reports to strategize program improvements. Provide habilitation, training, and instruction to help clients acquire skills and maintain personal relationships. Monitor client health status and report any changes or incidents to the office. This role includes working Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3pm. Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Interest in pursuing their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
