Job Summary
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs, and collect data to monitor progress. The role supports families in implementing treatment plans, participates in team meetings and workshops, and ensures the client remains in a safe, positive environment. Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Ability to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
