School-Based Physical Therapist - Volusia County Schools

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess students' needs, then develop and deliver individualized treatment plans supporting student success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams through IEPs, SSTs, and problem-solving meetings while tracking progress using EMR systems aligned with DOE and Easterseals standards. Prepare reports and documentation to ensure quality service and compliance, and mentor assistant-level therapists, interns, and volunteers. Participate in peer reviews and ongoing professional development. This role serves students across Volusia County Schools within a mission-driven organization dedicated to equity and inclusion for people with disabilities.
