Job Summary
Provide individual therapy services for clients and complete all required documentation. Perform diagnostic evaluations, analyze results, and interpret findings. Collaborate with teachers, special education coordinators, and other providers to help clients reach their goals. Attend IEP meetings to advocate for school-based services. Participate in the mentorship network as either mentee or mentor. Work full-time in a public school system outside the metro Birmingham area with industry-leading compensation and balanced productivity expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice physical therapy
- Pediatric physical therapy experience
- Other experience working with children in a clinical capacity
