Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and report changes in a client's condition for students with special needs in grades K through 12. Assist with bathroom duties, keep the client on task in a classroom setting, and redirect when necessary to ensure safety. Perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services while following school policies and procedures. Work 1:1 with students ages 4 through 21 during the 2026-2027 school year. Earnings are $22 per hour for school placements and $18 per hour for transportation and mandatory in-services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- six (6) months experience in relative field; behavioral health, pediatrics, etc.
- reliable transportation
- willing to undergo Pre-Employment Screenings
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aide Certificate
