Job Summary
Provide outpatient mental health therapy to assigned clients at designated school locations in Lebanon County, PA, while conducting intakes, assessments, and ongoing individual and family sessions. Create and maintain comprehensive treatment plans and electronic health records, working collaboratively with school personnel to support overall mental health goals. Deliver consultation services to staff and participate in group supervision and clinical training. Maintain confidentiality and meet paperwork deadlines consistently. Full-time positions offer an annual salary range of $50,000–$55,000 for licensed therapists, with minimal work during summer months.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Level - Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Education, Marriage & Family Therapy or a Human Services field
- PA Licensed: LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW OR Associate License: LAPC or AMFT
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Working knowledge of DSM-V, and have the ability to formulate a diagnosis from information provided by the client
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
- Ability to meet paperwork deadlines consistently
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
- PA Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
- Official transcript from graduate degree
- PA License (if acquired)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Level School-based Outpatient Rates: Full-time: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 - PA licensed annual salary range (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Master's Level School-based Outpatient Rates: Part-time: $50.00 per hour for a full session- PA licensed (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Master's Level School-based Outpatient Rates: Part-time: $40.00 per hour for a full session - Non-licensed
- Compensation is provided for requirements outside of the therapy session (Includes but is not limited to travel, supervision, training)
