Job Summary
Provide outpatient mental health therapy to assigned clients at designated school locations in Lancaster County, conducting intakes, assessments, and ongoing individual and family sessions. Deliver consultation services to school staff to support overall mental health goals while maintaining confidentiality. Create and maintain comprehensive treatment plans and manage electronic health records, including clinical and administrative components. Participate in group supervision, clinical training, and required meetings. Work collaboratively with school personnel to address emotional and behavioral needs of children and adolescents.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Level - Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Education, Marriage & Family Therapy or a Human Services field
- PA Licensed: LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW (Preferred); Associate License accepted
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Working knowledge of DSM-V, and have the ability to formulate a diagnosis from information provided by the client
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
- Ability to meet paperwork deadlines consistently
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
- PA Department of Human Services FBI Clearance: Use service code 1KG738
- Official transcript from graduate degree
