Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students at Grand Rapids Middle School while delivering outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Collaborate with educators, case managers, and families to support emotional, behavioral, and academic success through multidisciplinary treatment planning and school team meetings. Complete comprehensive assessments, establish individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation across both settings. Split time between school-based services and outpatient care to ensure continuity of care while gaining experience across multiple levels of behavioral health treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in good standing
- Meets Minnesota requirements to practice as a Clinical Trainee under approved supervision
- Commitment to obtaining independent licensure
- Approximately 50% of time providing school-based mental health services
- Approximately 50% providing outpatient therapy
- Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, evidence-based therapeutic practices
