Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, individualized occupational therapy services enabling students to participate in academic, play, self-care, and social activities. Conduct evaluations, write reports, monitor progress, and establish IEP goals for students requiring accommodations. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate strategies into natural school routines and consult on environmental adaptations. Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring to support positive school culture. This full-time role offers a predictable weekday schedule aligned with school hours, summers off, and built-in holidays. Required Qualifications
- Master's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) from an accredited program
- Current state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure; PDS will assist if needed)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or related setting preferred (but new grads are welcome)
