Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (Contractor) for pediatric services in school-based settings. Provide evaluation and ongoing OT services in clinic, home, and community settings; develop treatment goals and plans; deliver direct OT interventions; collaborate with families and other professionals; assistive/adaptive equipment recommendations; manage clinical caseload and documentation; participate in multidisciplinary meetings; requires Indiana license and Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred); school-based role with Monday–Friday services and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
