Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to elementary school students in the school setting, including telehealth when clinically appropriate. Maintain weekly billable service expectations while completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Develop individualized treatment plans per regulatory requirements and coordinate referrals for psychiatric evaluations or community resources. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary providers to support student success, while participating in supervision, staff meetings, and professional development. Adhere to Maryland licensing regulations and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Maryland license in good standing: LMSW
- Active Maryland license in good standing: LCSW-C
- Active Maryland license in good standing: LGPC
- Active Maryland license in good standing: LCPC
- Active Maryland license in good standing: LCMFT
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or families
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete federal and state background checks
- Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain upon hire)
