Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students in the day treatment program while developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans. Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and community providers to participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings. Deliver crisis assessment and intervention as needed, utilizing trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices to support emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and engage in clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development. Support families through education, resource coordination, and care management.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in good standing
- Meets Minnesota requirements to practice as a Clinical Trainee under approved supervision
- Commitment to obtaining independent licensure
