Job Summary
Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to a high school student in Stafford Springs, CT; manage seizure protocols, medication-related supports, and use of adaptive equipment and mobility devices; assist with safe transfers and mobility; collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to enable full participation in classroom routines and school activities; requires active CT LPN license, valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid/AED certifications; 37.5-hour workweek with compensation of $39.00–$41.60 per hour; benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED Certifications
- Prior experience in pediatric nursing, complex care management, or a school-based setting (Preferred)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including the capability to safely lift and transfer up to 50 lbs.
