Acts as a central liaison among students, families, school personnel, and internal departments to ensure smooth program operations. Responsibilities include enrollment coordination, administrative support, outreach, compliance monitoring, and logistical oversight of equipment and supplies; schedule patient appointments; maintain directories and school calendars; monitor enrollment and insurance processes; coordinate dental provider schedules; visit school sites for forms and supplies; maintain inventory; support billing accuracy; develop community partnerships and outreach efforts; ensure licensure and safety compliance; participate in regional operations during peak periods; extensive regional travel and full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or school-based environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in outreach, customer service, and administrative operations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for regional travel
