Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based individual, group, and family interventions entirely within school settings. Perform comprehensive assessments of child and family strengths and needs to develop tailored treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, family, and therapy services while facilitating crisis interventions as clinically required. Meet or exceed 60% billable direct service targets and complete collaborative documents adhering to state, federal, and agency guidelines. Collaborate closely with school personnel to coordinate services across different school settings. Work a flexible schedule accommodating family needs, with a specific 1-day weekly commitment from 7:30 to 3:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- Valid NYS driver's license
- reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of families
