Job Summary
Provide consumer-driven mental health services to elementary and high school students within the Collinsville School District, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed care. Deliver therapeutic support in the school environment while collaborating with teachers and administrators to ensure student success. Refer students and families to community resources, assist with coping skills and emotional regulation, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation and assume leadership roles in promoting best practices for student mental health. Work Monday-Friday daytime shifts with a starting salary of $44,400-$56,750. Eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus and loan repayment programs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field
- at least 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience
- Valid driver's license

- Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and an electronic medical record (EMR)
- Monday-Friday, 8 hr Daytime shifts based around the schools operating hours
Desired Qualifications
