School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $44 per hour

Provide school-based occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement the therapy treatment program aligned to student goals, collect therapy data, monitor progress toward student goals, and collaborate with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardians. Travel between school locations may be required. 15 hours per week on a local contract in Streamwood, IL; IL COTA license and BLS required. Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
