Job Summary
Lead and oversee a district-level behavior support program across multiple schools; analyze behavioral data; implement evidence-based practices; conduct program reviews; provide consultative support to school leaders; supervise and mentor behavior specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals; leverage the multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative behavioral support network.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Current Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License (or eligibility)
- 5+ years of school-based experience spanning general and/or special education environments
- Prior experience in a supervisory or consultative role
- Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites
