Job Summary

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will standardize and oversee a cohesive behavior program across schools, analyze behavioral data, and guide implementation of evidence-based practices. The role includes conducting behavioral program reviews, providing consultative support to school leaders, recommending data-driven interventions to support student success, and supervising/mentoring behavior specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Current Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License (or eligibility)
  • 5+ years of school-based experience spanning general and/or special education environments
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or consultative role
  • Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites
