Job Summary
Provide school-based BCBA services for K-12 students in Williamsport, PA, part-time (10 hours per week during normal school hours). Role includes RBT supervision, potential for clinical leadership, and W2 or 1099 employment with competitive compensation based on education and experience. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and active PA BCBA/LBS license/certification; prior school-based experience and current clearances are required. Location is Williamsport, PA, within a school-based setting; benefits include health, vision, dental, 401k with 3% matching, PTO and holidays, and travel/cell phone reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- active PA professional license and certification (i.e., PA LBS, BCBA)
- A minimum of one year experience working with children and/or youth
- Previous school-based experience is required
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
