Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based services in Towanda, PA. Part-time, 10 hours per week during normal school hours for the 2026-2027 school year. Caseload K-12. Role includes providing RBT supervision and supporting a new behavior program within a supportive environment, with opportunities for clinical leadership. Requires Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, active PA LBS/BCBA license, and prior school-based experience. Work location is Towanda, PA with 10 hours/week schedule and W2 or 1099 employment options.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active PA professional license and certification (PA LBS, BCBA)
- Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or youth
- Previous school-based experience is required
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
