Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) sought to provide school-based services in Wilkes-Barre, PA across local school districts, charter schools, and intermediate units. Role supports K-12 students, with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling (M-F, normal school day hours). Responsibilities include applying behavior-analytic assessment and intervention strategies, developing specialized programs, data collection and analysis, and collaboration with school teams. Requires Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, active PA BCBA/LBS license, minimum one year of experience with children/youth, and current clearances. W2/1099 position with competitive compensation based on education and experience; benefits available for full-time staff (health, vision, dental, 401k with 3% matching; PTO/holidays; travel reimbursement). Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Must have active PA professional license and certification (i.e., PA LBS, BCBA)
- A minimum of one year experience working with children and/or youth
- Previous school-based experience is required
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
