Job Summary
Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention strategies. Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes. Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success during the 2026–2027 school year in the Lawndale and Hawthorne, CA area. Earn $67.00 - $70.00 per hour with weekly pay, bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive health coverage including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) match. Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with weekends and holidays off.
Required Qualifications
