School-Based Behavioral Health Therapists - Hiring Incentive $1200

Job Summary

Collaborate with school personnel to identify students needing behavioral health services and facilitate referrals, while contacting parents for intake, consent, and diagnostic evaluations. Provide individual counseling, therapeutic behavioral support, parent guidance, and family interventions, including group counseling and prevention sessions as needed. Integrate behavioral health with client health needs by referring for appropriate medical, dental, psychiatric, and psychosocial services. Ensure timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards while meeting productivity expectations. Work primarily in schools, communities, or homes with telehealth availability, utilizing a valid driver's license and insured vehicle for client transportation.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, or Counseling with an LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC in good standing in the state of Ohio
  • A valid driver's license in the State of Ohio with access to an insured vehicle for client transportation
  • Must not have a 6-point violations
  • ability to obtain and maintain bodily injury/property coverage of $100,000/$300,000
