Job Summary
Full-time School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist providing individual, group, and family counseling to students across school, community, and home settings, with telehealth as clinically indicated. Collaborate with school personnel to identify students in need, conduct intake with parents/caregivers, and ensure timely documentation and compliance with licensing standards. Opportunities to train in Early Child Mental Health screenings and community-based consultation. Requires Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling with LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC eligible in Ohio and a valid Ohio driver’s license; travel to client sites may be required. The role emphasizes collaborative, empathetic service delivery, maintaining productivity, and delivering services across various settings to address mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, or Counseling with an LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC in good standing in the state of Ohio
- A valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio with access to an insured vehicle for client transportation
- Must not have a 6-point violations and ability to obtain and maintain bodily injury/property coverage of $100,000/$300,000
